Now at no point in the history of life on earth, has it been possible for a generation of people to qualify as the generation who
would see the return of Jesus Christ, as our generation qualifies. It simply has not been possible until 1967. No other
generation that has ever lived on the earth has seen the events required for the prophecy to be fulfilled, because the events
did not occur until 1967, or in our generation. The LORD said one day his people would control Jerusalem again, and after
2500 years of Jerusalem being occupied, and controlled by gentile nations, Israel took control of Jerusalem 1967.

Now this event did not happen during the life of the apostle Peter, who asked the LORD what would be the sign of his coming.
In fact, every Apostle that heard the LORD give the signs of his coming, did not see the promise. 70 years after the LORD gave
this prophecy, Jerusalem was destroyed, and the Jewish nation was scattered across the world and forgotten as a nation, as
the LORD predicted. However in 1948, the Jewish nation was recognized, and made a member of the united nations.

their holy city of Jerusalem since they were taken as captives long before the LORD JESUS lived on the earth. Only in 1967

The LORD said this in Luke 21:24, concerning the children of Israel. And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be
led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be
fulfilled. This word trodden down simply means controlled by gentiles, or a non Jewish nation.
After naming other signs listed above that would occur, he then says in Mark 13:30, Verily, or truly I say unto you that this
generation shall not pass , until all these things be done or fulfilled. In other words, the people that saw Jerusalem controlled by
Israel, will not pass, before they see the SON OF GOD, coming in the clouds with great power and great GLORY.
